Terms of Service

LUMINA STUDIO provides AI-powered photo generation for creating personalized social media images.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Eligible refund cases

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The transaction was unauthorized (subject to verification).
  • A technical issue on our side prevented delivery or normal use and could not be resolved in a reasonable time.

Non-refundable cases

  • The service/content has already been delivered, generated, downloaded, or substantially used.
  • The request is based on a change of mind or personal preference.
  • The account is restricted due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • The request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

  • Paddle order or transaction ID

Processing and payment method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
