Terms of Service
1. Service description
LUMINA STUDIO provides AI-powered photo generation for creating personalized social media images.
2. User responsibilities
- You must have the right to use the photos you upload

You have usage rights for generated photos. We retain rights to the underlying technology and algorithms.

5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Eligible refund cases
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The transaction was unauthorized (subject to verification).
- A technical issue on our side prevented delivery or normal use and could not be resolved in a reasonable time.
Non-refundable cases
- The service/content has already been delivered, generated, downloaded, or substantially used.
- The request is based on a change of mind or personal preference.
- The account is restricted due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
How to request a refund

- The email used for purchase
- Paddle order or transaction ID
- A brief description of the issue (screenshots if available)
Processing and payment method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
